Ordering

How do I place an order?
You can easily add products to your shopping cart and follow the checkout process. For business customers, it is possible to place (large) repeat orders via email.
Can I request a quote?
Yes, for larger quantities or specific requests, please contact us via info@technicomponents.com or call +31 (0) 416 - 33 00 22.
Can I reserve stock on call?
Yes, for certain quantities we can set aside stock especially for you, which you can draw from throughout the year.
Is my product in stock?
This is visible on the product page, below the price. There you’ll find the most up-to-date stock status. Three vertical bars mean limited stock; one bar means the product is nearly sold out.
How do I modify my order?
As long as the order has not been placed, you can freely make changes. If the order has been placed but not yet shipped, you can cancel it and place the correct order.
How do I cancel my order?
Feel free to contact our customer service. If the order has not (partially) shipped yet, we will cancel it immediately. We usually refund the amount within 2-3 business days. Have some items already shipped and it’s been less than 14 days? Then you can return the product(s) using a return form, and we will issue a credit invoice.
Why haven’t I received an invoice yet?
We create the invoice when we are about to ship your order. If you've ordered items that are not in stock, you might not receive the invoice within a day. If that’s not the case, please check your spam or promotions folder; the email may have ended up there.

Payment

What payment methods are available?
We offer various payment methods, including iDEAL, Bancontact, Klarna, PayPal, Apple & Google Pay, bank transfer, credit card, and invoice for business customers.
Can I pay afterwards?
Yes, this is possible via Klarna or on invoice as a business customer.
Can I pay in cash?
Yes, this is possible by selecting “pickup” as your shipping method. Please contact our customer service to schedule an appointment.
Can I pay in installments?
No, that is not generally possible. Are you a large-scale customer? Contact us to discuss the possibilities.

Shipping

What is the delivery time?
Orders placed before 15:00 are usually delivered the next business day, provided the items are in stock.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and may depend on the length, weight of a product, or the total cart. In your cart, you can view an estimate; the final shipping cost is shown on the last order page.
Can I choose a time slot for delivery?
Not yet, but we expect to offer this option within 2-3 months.
How can I receive my order as quickly as possible?
The fastest way to receive your order is to place it before 15:00 with in-stock products and pay using a direct payment method like iDEAL, Bancontact, Klarna, PayPal, Google/Apple Pay, or credit card.

Returns

How can I return a product?
You can submit a return request through our website. A "Returns" link is available at the bottom of every page — everything is straightforward from there. Make sure the product is unused and in its original packaging.
What is the return period?
You have 14 days from receipt of the product to initiate a return. You then have 14 days to complete the return shipment.
What are the return exceptions?
Software with broken seals, products with user damage, and items received more than 14 days ago.
Can I exchange my product?
Yes, you can return incorrectly ordered products via the return form. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Then contact us for the desired replacement.

Warranty

How long is my product under warranty?
We offer a standard 1-year warranty on all our products, unless otherwise stated.
What should I do if my product is defective?
Fill out the return form or contact us at info@technicomponents.com with a description of the issue and your order number. We will assist you with the warranty procedure.
Is repair free?
If your product breaks due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, the repair is free of charge. Manufacturing defects cause failure sooner than expected under normal use.

If the product is damaged by the user, we may charge repair costs, which will always be discussed with you first.
How do I report a defect?
You can submit a return request on our website and indicate that it concerns a defective product. A "Returns" link is available at the bottom of every page — everything is straightforward from there.
